Two Wednesdays, two powerful opportunities to build community and deepen your spiritual practice

Walking the Forgiveness Path with Rev. Marla Mason
Forgiving is a powerful spiritual practice, one that repairs relationships, grows character, generates peace, opens hearts, frees us and others to be present to life as it is, and just generally makes your world a better place to be. Yet it can seem difficult—even impossible—to release the hurts of the past. In this workshop we’ll go deep with who to forgive, when to forgive, and how to forgive. You’ll create your forgiveness plan and develop a strategy for putting that plan to work in your life.

Breathe into Life and Love with Monica McDowell Elvig
Using a form of pranayama yoga, learn how to activate your body's self-healing abilities, increase energy, and release stress in a powerful and holistic way. Monica will facilitate this breathwork meditation, guiding you to release blocks in your life—spiritual, physical, emotional, financial, or relational. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to class. The meditation portion of the workshop will require lying down, either on the floor or on the sanctuary chairs.
