Unity of Bellevue ARTS & CRAFTS FAIR
2024 Vendor Application Form

Dates of Event: Saturday, Dec. 7th, 10 am to 3 pm, and Sunday, Dec. 8th, 10 am to 3 pm
Set-up: Friday, Dec. 6th, 4 pm to 8 pm, unless otherwise arranged.
Cost: Table fee plus a contribution of one item to the raffle basket. (Benefits a charity, The Sophia Way.)
Optional: A holiday concert will be held at UOB on Saturday, December 7th at 7 pm. You are welcome to stay as a vendor through the concert intermission and sell both before the concert and during the concert intermission.

A full table (6’ table with 2 chairs) $70. ($80. after 11/15/24)
A half table (with 1 chair) $45. ($55. after 11/15/24)

Arts & Crafts Fair will be responsible for:
Promotion of the fair with flyers posted in the community; some newspaper advertising; notice on craft fair websites; “A” boards placed outside Unity of Bellevue; Banner hung on 164th side of building; designed invitations given out to friends and at Unity services.

Liability Limitations
Unity of Bellevue will not be responsible for losses due to the following: Merchandise or display items that may be lost, stolen or damaged; personal injury to the exhibitor; merchandise destroyed by fire or other natural occurrences.

SET-UP: FRI., Dec. 6th, 4 pm to 8 pm
FAIR DATES: SAT., Dec. 7th, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
and SUN., Dec. 8th, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Exhibitor Responsibilities:
A contribution of one item for the raffle basket is due with your registration form or through arrangement with the fair coordinator.

You will set up your table on Friday, Dec. 6th, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., unless otherwise arranged with the fair coordinator.

You are responsible to be at your table for the days of the fair, with all goods in place, ½ hour before start time: 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7th (fair hours 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8th (fair hours 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.), unless previous arrangements are made with the fair coordinator. Doors will be open 1 hour prior to start times on each day for vendors.
Any items with fragrance must be sealed.
We will have navy blue table clothes available for your use or you may provide a cover/skirt for your table that is floor length. Your carrying boxes and other supplies will need to go under your own table. You are encouraged to provide special display pieces to enhance your table.

Prefer “HANDMADE AND LOCAL” items to be sold.

CASH, CHECKS AND CARD SALES (i.e. with Square, PayPal, etc.) will be collected by you, the vendor. (PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CHANGE AND YOUR OWN CASH CONTAINER.)

After close of the fair at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, you can take down your goods, not before.

Coffee and tea are provided; please provide your own food.
